The CIDI and CCD Merge to Become CCDI
As of January 1st, 2015, the Canadian Institute of Diversity and Inclusion (CIDI) has officially merged with the Canadian Centre for Diversity (CCD), becoming one sole organization, The Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
With this merge, the CCDI will now be comprised of two main focuses; promoting diversity & inclusion within the workplace and the classroom.
To address diversity & inclusion among our Canadian youth, the CCDI has launched The See Different Movement, comprised of a national survey, a national campaign and in school programming. The See Different Movement is currently led by Cathy Gallagher-Louisy, the CCDI’s Director of Knowledge Services.
If you are interested in volunteering, partnering, or bringing The See Different Movement to your school or school district, please contact The See Different Movement today.
If you have any additional questions regarding the CIDI/CCD merge, or the services provided by the former CCD, please contact us at any time.
