Renée Bazile-Jones joins CIDI as Director, Client Services.
Renée Bazile‑Jones, the President of unparalleled inc., has joined the staff of the Canadian Institute of Diversity and Inclusion (CIDI) in the role of Director of Client Services.
Renée brings with her a wealth of experience that will greatly benefit the CIDI, and our Employer Partners. Renée is known as a visionary, and a results-oriented change leader with a broad scope of business experience who combines creativity, strategic thinking, and extensive human rights/workplace knowledge to develop pragmatic solutions to organizational obstacles.
She is known globally for her leading edge practices in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She co-authored Measuring the Impact of Diversity, the first paper to link metrics and Diversity efficacy. She was a featured contributor to Staff Planning in a Time of Demographic Change and a sought-after speaker.
