In our globalized world, people speaking a variety of languages interact every day, including in the workplace. Having multilingual staff within our organizations brings many benefits, but can also lead to some challenges.This webinar will explore multilingualism, the opportunities it represents, and what we can do to navigate challenges that it brings.

Audience/Level: This is a beginner level webinar for individuals who wish to learn more about the inclusion of multilingual people, people with English as a Second Language and language learners in the workplace.
