In director-level positions and board roles, she has developed infrastructure for stakeholder retention, including communication frameworks, relationship management systems, and engagement strategies rooted in sector best practices. These efforts have strengthened partnerships, fostered loyalty, and ensured long-term sustainability.

Karen’s expertise spans program design, and optimizing revenue growth through strategic stakeholder engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and scalable models that connect organizational goals with stakeholder needs. Karen's work has reinforced governance through streamlined decision-making, optimized structures, and aligning the needs of various stakeholders to maximize impact and long-term partner retention.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science (honors) with a minor in psychology and is pursuing executive education in management, focusing on strategy, innovation, governance, and high-impact leadership.
